The Role of the Rubayat in the case of the Somerton man:

(1) On the body of the Somerton man, a piece of paper with the words "Taman [Tarmam?] Shud" is found.

(2) The paper was torn from a book which had been tossed onto the backseat of a car the night the Somerton man died. In the book, there is the enciphered message

(3), as well as the phone number

(4) of "Jestyn".

Jestyn had given a copy of the Rubayat three years earlier to Boxall, who still owned his (intact) copy. - ref

A / SITE PURPOSE:

A number of wealthy upmarket "elite" white collar criminals in Adelaide are yet to be charged, including one former senior Government Crown Minister, one Magistrate, and one Trade Union official, re white collar crime, which, in composite, links to other crimes. Given numerous witnesses and a paper trail, among other records and recordings, on any objective basis, the evidence against each is sufficient not only investigate, and unless then otherwise indicated, charge. Based on observations and cogent hearsay from numerous witnesses, their guilt is highly probable, and beyond reasonable doubt - though each need to be tried, assuming any plead not guilty. One Adelaide defence criminal lawyer has remarked crimes of that are too long ago, but I do not agree, as I said at the time.

Those are some of numerous examples of white collar crime in Adelaide, South Australia.

Therefore, necessarily, South Australia needs an independent crime and corruption commission - ICAC - with coercive powers. It is certain some persons connected with the South Australian Parliament and South Australian Government, and others, including some professional persons acting in concert and illegally, have and are undertaking steps to see such persons not be investigated, not be charged and not be convicted, for example, by threats to potential witnesses. That is, of itself, criminal and entirely unacceptable to the system of law, order and justice in South Australia and Australia.

This site will deal with some of that evidence, but will not publish any LPP confidences held by this author, which can not be published for legal reasons, other than with client consent (some obtained, some to be obtained).

Some of these matters deals with more than white-collar crime, and provides some additional information about the Snowtown murders and the Truro murders, for, at least, historical purposes - although it is almost certain there are still number of accessories to those matters, and certainly the Snowtown matter, before and after the fact, including some persons who can not claim LPP.

Some of those accessories fall within a group called The Family.



B / CRIMINAL ORGANIZATION: THE FAMILY, ADELAIDE:

The term The Family in Adelaide, its criminal context, is a word which means different things to different persons. Some say they are the murders themselves. Wikipedia as at 22/03/2011 said:

"The Family Murders was the name given to an alleged high society conspiracy involving the kidnap, torture, and murder of teenagers, particularly young men and teenaged boys, in Adelaide, Australia and surrounding areas in the late 1970s to the mid 1980s. The term stems from an interview a police detective gave on 60 Minutes[1], claiming the police were taking some action "...to break up the happy family. ... The Family as a term in relation to Adelaide, in this site, means certain persons, typically Ango white males (almost never non-white, or Roman Catholics or of the Jewish Faith), typically educated at private (not state run) schools, usually university educated (particularly in law and business type degrees, but including some medical related degrees) who are typically supporters of right wing politics, who belong to a secret yet organised structure, typically but not always using Freemasons, the Christian Scientist Church, the Returned Soldiers League, Legacy, etc, and clubs (in Adelaide, such as The Adelaide Club, The German Club, The Police Club, The Public Schools Club, The Black Watch etc) and combinations thereof for cover to meet (but partly for ulterior motives), and who use code (such as Freemason codes), and which secretly, via an organised structure, engage in extensive white-collar crime and corruption, such as tender rigging, money laundering, asset stripping, tax evasion and serious fraud generally, both in Adelaide, through South Australia, some crime conducted in part in other parts of Australia and to some extent overseas (especially money laundering), and who have support structures (as a secondary purpose to white collar crime) to minimise their chances of detection, and divert investigations and any prosecutions, which includes making threats and using paid criminals and via other means, such as blackmail, extortion, drugging, hypnosis, to cause "strategic" crimes, such as the lighting of fires as warning (and also for insurance fraud purposes), personal injuries (beatings), nervous shock and even as far as poisonings and murder (cost: $5,000 in Adelaide as at 2008) - all to "manage" situation to assist business and protect The Family, and which include subtle actions, such as knowing about murders being conducted by non-Family members in progress (for example, hearing about it via a doctor, a lawyer, a gun dealer, a drug dealer, etc - informants) and in a subtle way, even without the murder or murderers quite understanding, for example, suggesting / arranging given situations, such as, a place for a murder or murders to occur, place(s) where bodies are left, the name of a victim or victims, the date of a murder, etc; such that selected and assigned Family Members (and sometimes via proxy) can use such events to further a campaign of blackmail, extortion or threats, for example, by informing a target (e.g. a bank manager, a stock broker, a parliamentary member, a judicial officer, a lawyer, a jury member, a police officer, etc, etc, etc) a murder will occur before the event is made public and thus being proven right, and repeat instances until the victim understands without begin directly threatened what is possible, and the victim then complies. The Family are extremely secret, highly intelligent (in the sense of capability), well funded, well organised and above all, subtle, and in these and other ways, enforce co-operation, make money, gain power and expand.

The Family have been active since at least 1945 and are continuing. In many ways, The Family can be described as President John Kennedy did when describing another secret society (see vision bank below) - though, in this modern era, more senior well organised white collar crime groups are liking up for mutual activities, support and defence, locally and internationally.

The emergence of interconnected white collar crime groups which are entirely separate from the Mafia (which are typically Roman Catholic, thus excluded from Family type entities, though which may attempt to contract with or do business with the Mafia only rarely if given unique circumstances apply, but otherwise are more likely when the occasion presents, from time to time, to set the Mafia up as fall-guys) represents the fourth major threat to this planet, along with weapons of mass destruction (nuclear and biological), environmental degradation and adverse educational practices, intended and not (e.g. causing crime my persons mimicking, etc).



C / CODE: In & re ADELAIDE: Tarmam, 5KA & Milne Bay:

C.1. TARMAM: probable murder:

The Tarmam (not Tarman) Shud matter, top left, relates to a death, probably murder, in Adelaide, where a body was found at a beach in Adelaide, on 1-12-1948, and where a coded message is involved.

Therefore, no one can say, in Adelaide, code does not relate to at least one crime, a so called "cold case" - but assuming the file was ever closed.

C.2. 5KA: treason:

In the 5KA matter, in World War Two (1939 - 45), in Adelaide, radio station 5KA was shut down by the Australian military in the belief (by way of hearsay, almost certainly so, as subsequent events have indicated) that radio station was sending messages to the Axis Forces (Germany, Japan and Italy) against Allied (Australia, Britain, USA, Canada, France, Russia, etc) interests. That then is second example were code was used in Adelaide for criminal purposes, also treason, given the military conflict, thus subject to the jurisdiction of the police, and, also, the Australian military forces, and the death penalty.

As far as I know, no one was arrested and charged with treason in terms of the 5KA matter, they each still at large.

C.3. MILNE BAY: treason:

Indeed, even in the battle of Milne Bay (in which a family friend, the recently departed Kym Bonython fought, he interviewed shown in the vision bank below), a coded message was sent from the shore to the Japanese Imperial Navy where to land the invasion force, but, by way of an error (in decryption, based on informed hearsay, though I do not know what the Japanese Navy says about that, assuming there are any more survivors), the code was sent wrongly, and the Japanese Imperial troops landed the wrong side of the air-strip, were pinned down, and after repulsed charges, and as a direct result, were defeated - the first defeat of Japanese land forced in that war.

In the Milne Bay matter, no one has been charged, as far as I know, nor has the detail of the sending of that code been made public by the Australian authorities - who may even deny the fact code was sent, but, oif so, against the evidence (as I understand the facts to be).

Thus, and for those three reasons, and others, the study of code in and about crime and, earlier, war-related activities in and around Adelaide is a valid pursuit, at least historically, and in terms of so called cold cases (Tarmam Shud, 5KA, Milne Bay) - and, therefore, I doubt anyone can reasonably argue otherwise.

As an aside, Kym Bonython did not send the said message, but he knew someone in Milne Bay just before the battle started who was able to report in detail upon that matter, that is, the coded message sent and the transcription error (on the basis, so I heard it said, that is, on information and belief by way of hearsay, the message was correctly coded, to land the other side of the air-strip, but not correctly decoded by the Japanese Navy).

Re: Snowtown x 12 - August 1992 too May 1999 - ref / rel, but (new fact) the Snowtown Bank vault location for the body drop was known to some persons well before the police found the bodies, and well before the last murder, which is a fact which can not be denied, even if inconvenient for some - there are too many witnesses (including a number of lawyers). That fact can be proven in Court on Oath beyond reasonable, indeed, any doubt. A SA ICAC will need to prove that fact, for therein proves a pre-made threat re certain fraud and other crime in South Australia.

That fact thus puts an end to any speculation corruption in Adelaide does not involve murder by way of threat, at least as a side-issue for the murders. Given that fact can be proven, re prior information about the place the bodies were to be deposited, one assumes a SA ICAC will have to be set up: is that right Attorney-General Rau, Premier Rann?
